SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Houston Federal Credit Union App, you must be enrolled as a Houston Federal Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

The app and website don't let me have a confirmation page before I make a transfer. In the past, the app and website have authorized transfers when I selected the wrong account, so I got hit with insufficient funds fees when I made a mistake using the drop down menu. There should be a warning notice and it should ask if I really want to transfer from an insufficiently funded account. There should be several error or confirmation pages when this happens.

horrible app. causes too many issues if you are paying more on a loan than the minimum, on the app it shows that you won't need to pay for a couple of months and won't show your actual minimum payment, but in actuality you will still own that months payment. because of this feature I was 8 dollars short on my minimum payment and got charged a 15 dollar late fee

I don't have transportation I use Metro lift however depositing a $7.77 check. Does not require three hours, required by Metro lift, per trip that means that would be 3 hours of killing time outside in the elements for metrolift to pick me up. My point is: it is most convenient to be able to depositing a check over the phone is a godsend, thank you!
