Easy to use and understand. The app reminders help with know when certain bins needed to be placed out for pickup. Much quicker than calling 311 to get this information for those who are forgetful.

This app is a must for anyone in the City to keep up with scheduled trash, recycle, heavy/ junk, and yard waste days and Holidays. It will also let you know about delays. I love it!!!

It solves a lot of Solid Waste's communication problems. It puts what's on the website in an early usable form and above all it let's you know when they're running late and says expectations. This app needs to be more widely known and used.
