This app has been pretty accurate, other than the unexpected late pickup for weekly trash. The recycling if not picked up on that Friday, it will be on that Saturday normally. I appreciate having the app helps me because sometimes I do get forgetful and can check the app for recycling. It’s much faster than calling 311. Many don’t know about this app and more should be done to make the public aware of it and free up all the calls to 311, as I used to do to make sure my recycling bin was out.

I like the reminders, but there's no way to dismiss them. You can only 'schedule' or 'snooze' them. They just keep coming back until the day ends! Also, they say recycle isn't coming when it is and vice versa. I've started putting the recycling out every week because now I'm unsure.

I installed this app to get notifications when the usual schedule is disrupted. The app knows exactly what my schedule is, but I receive notifications for the entire service area daily that say things like "If you are on schedule B, ...". Notably, though the app tells me my schedule, it does not tell me the NAME of my schedule, so I have to guess if they apply to me. Since the app knows my schedule, I should only get notifications relevant to me. If that is not possible in the short term, at the very least I should be able to check the various service categories in the app to know if a given notification applies to me.
