does not always connect to DVR, get network config error. works sometime using a DNS name. fails to connect when connected to same lan as dvr. using cms software always works. seems to be related to the may update. 5.31.2020 The problem was traced to the Netgear router not opening the port needed to communicate with the DVR. I changed to a linksys router, same as used by security vendor, all connections issues were resolved.

Don't buy this security system. you can only use Hybix app with and it doesn't work. I can view Live Monitoring on TV but not on app. error mssg "Check your network config". I've reinstalled per manual instructions several times, same thing.

When viewing playback, the time is off by 1hr even though I select the time I want. No update to the app since early 2019. Please update the app to give capability to set default camera views, 1, 4, 9 or 16 cameras upon opening the app.
