I set up per the instructions and app says the password isn't correct and to contact support. I used the reset password link and reset in case I made a mistake and after I reset the password and created a new one the same thing happened. The only way I can get in is with the temporary password that was sent to do the reset. Also, every time you open the app it asks to set the location preferences. Trying to use the app is more trouble than remembering to bring your card with you.

The app will not open at all. The response us "something went wrong, try again later". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried on various devices (android) - same result. With no physical ID card, this poses a big problem.
