Ratings and reviews

I am currently using this App and am having issues with the videos segments that I paid for. Paid for all chapters and their shirt videos for each one. Only one of the videos work for each chapter. I use the practice test and they work perfectly as well as the flash cards. It sucks that you have to pay for each individual thing, the tests, videos, audiobooks separately but it's more frustrating that they all do not work.

Would be better if the images didn't block out the text I am trying to read. Paid just over $25 for the course work to try it out. I'm kind of disappointed in the layout and presentation. There have been several occurrences of images blocking text and not being able to scroll down to see the rest of the text while studying. I see it as an ongoing issue since 2022 from reading other reviews. I figured it would have been fixed by now for how much it cost people to purchase. Fix it and ill 5 star.

I don't normally leave reviews for apps but thought this needed pointing out. Waste of money. Just spent $79 on a digital version of a book I already have, assuming that the audio book and practice tests were included in that price. You have to buy it all separately which is ridiculous. Don't waste your money. The 'buy' buttons in the app are very misleading and is a poor business model not clearly explaining it. Edit: After contacting support, they are not willing to offer any form of refund.
