why they updated when the old app was perfectly fine is a mystery. yes they added extra things to the app that might be useful to some, for others we could care less. also why not add these features on a little at a time instead of all brand new having to re add everything. not a fan at all. would give zero stars if possible.

I do not see why they decided to update as the old app was perfectly fine. With this it now opens up a new avenue for financial abuse if you have your parents or partner as a joint owner they can now see all your purchases on the front page and have easy access to see everything about your account. Along with that the only way to get them off your account is to open a new account and manually reset up all your bills and direct pay.

It won't let me log in I've tried numerous times but every time it says something like it run into some sort of error & tells me to try again later but it always gives the same message when I do I can't get into my account from the app at all.
