About this app

The objectives of the “SOS Dignidade” Application are:
- Inform concepts and characteristics of violence, discrimination and harassment – ​​moral and sexual – at work;
- Develop self-perception in situations of violence, discrimination and
harassment arising from work;
- Provide information on how to act in the face of these problems;
- Systematize data relating to sociodemographic characteristics, researched phenomena and observed situations.
- Provide access to various materials that provide information on violence, discrimination and harassment (moral and sexual), which deal with the topics covered in convention 190, specific legislation, specialized literature and public policies concerning these issues.

In this way, this application is a contribution to revealing the true meaning of harassment and discrimination - and its harmful consequences - that affect managers and other workers in Brazil in all workplaces, without exception.
