IMSLP is the Petrucci Music Library — the public-domain collection of classical scores that musicians have relied on since 2006. This app puts it on your device, and gives you somewhere to work on it.
FIND A SCORE
Search by work, composer or instrument, or browse a composer's catalogue the way you would a shelf. Open anything straight away, or download it and keep it. Once a score is on your device it stays there, and it opens with no connection at all.
MARK IT UP
Annotate with a stylus or your finger — fingerings, bowings, cuts, a reminder for the next rehearsal. Your marks stay with the score.
PRACTICE ON IT
A metronome and a chromatic tuner sit in the same window as the music, so you never put the score down to reach them. Record a take while you play, then listen back against the page you were reading.
KEEP TRACK
Build practice plans, log what you worked on, and see where the time actually went.
ORGANISE
Group scores into setlists for a concert or a lesson, and into collections for everything else. Put them in the order you play them, and they open that way.
BRING YOUR OWN
Import PDFs, photograph a printed part, or bring a forScore backup across. Your existing library comes with you.
HANDS FREE
Optional head-gesture page turning, so you can keep both hands on the instrument. It uses the front camera, it is off until you turn it on, and nothing leaves the device.
MEMBERSHIP
An IMSLP membership syncs your library between devices, removes the download wait, unlocks unlimited score editing, and opens the commercial recordings. It also keeps IMSLP itself free and open for everyone who reads from it.
Sheet music from the IMSLP library, offline. Annotate, tune, and practice.
