About this app
KW EMI Suite is the staff application for authorised retail partners on the KW device-financing programme, operated by JayTechs.
It is used by shop staff at the point of sale to enroll a smartphone that a customer is purchasing on an instalment (EMI) plan, and to manage those enrollments afterwards.
WHAT IT DOES
- Enroll a new device against a customer's instalment plan
- Capture the customer's signed financing agreement on the device
- Set up the instalment schedule agreed with the customer
- View enrolled devices, payment status and upcoming dues
- Receive alerts about devices the shop manages
WHO IT IS FOR
This application is intended for retail staff only. Accounts are issued by JayTechs to authorised partner shops. It is not a consumer application and cannot be used without an account.
