About this app

This app turns any Android device into a passable Teleprompter.

It supports sending text and images to your device over the network with a browser interface or a simple API.

It supports automatic scrolling, normal or mirrored text, and displaying images.

It supports control from another network connected device or from a connected keyboard or remote control.

Using it is simple:

• Install it and run
• a url will appear on your device
• visit that url and you'll get instructions for sending data to your teleprompter and controlling how it is displayed

Everything runs locally on your device, no server is needed, and nothing is ever sent to any other server.

What’s new

This release includes major reliability improvements plus a new feature that allows you to put "network triggers" into your teleprompter scripts. By adding a [net URL DATA] tag into your script, the prompter will issue that network call when that part of the script rolls into visibility.
