About this app

Simply take a picture of your pile of receipts at the end of the month with your smartphone. AI will automatically read the date, amount, and account category to create journal entries, and output a CSV file that can be imported into your accounting software.

■ Automatic Journal Entry Creation with Just a Shooting
The app automatically detects and photographs receipts when you point your camera at them. AI-OCR reads the date, amount, payee, account category, and tax classification, and converts them into journal entry data. It also automatically corrects for tilt and trapezoidal distortion.

■ History and Editing
The reading results are saved within the app. Account categories and amounts can be edited later, and you can filter by period and customer and output them as a CSV file.

■ Integration with Windows Version
Transfer scanned receipts instantly to the Windows version of "Receipt OCR" on the same Wi-Fi network. Since the receipts are directly stored on your office PC, your smartphone can be used solely as a camera.

■ Accounting Firm Mode
Activating with a license key allows you to manage account rules for each client and create highly accurate journal entries. Client settings can be exchanged with the Windows version via file.
