9/7/26: Still can't access my account on the app. Please fix this. 8/28/26: I can no longer log into the app. The app said I needed to update my fingerprint authentication but when I enter my username and password, nothing happens. It doesn't even try to log in. Super inconvenient.

ungodly slow ui design. its faster transferring the money to a different money app with your kccu account connected than logging into this app. please fix this, its unbearable

I have to keep updating my biometrics whenever I check my account. It shouldn't be that way. It used to work perfectly before this update.

This update introduces new quick sign-in options. Use your device's fingerprint or face unlock, or set up a PIN for fast, secure access. Once enrolled, the app signs you in automatically...no password needed.
