Ratings and reviews

There are many beneficial features like the spending tool and detailed credit score. However, only the primary person is allowed to pay the Visa Credit Card. This is not helpful, especially if the primary person is deployed.

I would gladly give the app 5 stars if transactions moved and posted quicker. The process seems lacking for today's technology.

The new app looks pretty nice. Thus far, my only problems with the app have been that it crashes sometimes and you have to repeatedly reopen the app to make it back in. Also, the "proceed" button on the "register device" screen does not work. I had to manually open the settings and grant it permissions to work around that problem. Another thing I've found is that the new app and website don't accept my address as an actual address so hopefully KFCU fixes these problems.
