About this app

The "Ring 24" rogaining app. With it, you can mark checkpoints, view the legend and map, and record your track.

Features:
• Mark checkpoints using an NFC chip – hold your phone to the chip at the checkpoint.
• Take a photo if the chip is torn or unreadable. This mark also counts.
• Checkpoint legend with the point value and team points.
• Offline map of the race area – download in advance; no internet connection is needed for the course.
• GPS track recording: turns on automatically at the first checkpoint and turns off at the finish. The track is needed for judges to
check the course.
• Works offline: marks and track are stored on your phone and are sent automatically when a connection is available.

How to start:
1. Select the race and your team.
2. Download the map while you have a connection.
3. At launch, allow location access and disable battery optimization for the app.

While the track is recording, a notification will appear in the notification bar—this is normal.
