Used the app for over a year, & when we went to log-in one day, it prompted us to create an entirely new account, without the option to log-in with our previous credentials. We attempted to create a new account, but upon entering information & hitting "submit," the page refreshed. We tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app, & still had the same issues. After trying for close to 45 minutes to access the app, we gave up, & tried logging in online - only to encounter the same issue

Simply awful. Have tried several times to get this app to create account. First couple of times, could not get past adding account number. This last time, was going well to last step...then just cycled over and over. I don't understand why organizations issue apps when they don't work. Simple solution, test the stinkin' app before you release it!

David - You can use the same username and password in our mobile apps as you do on our website. Please feel free to email AppSupport@kub.org with your account number and we will help you get logged in.

Terrible app. Never does connect. Continously says "There was a problem logging in". I know I'm using the correct login info, because I can login to the website on the computer without any problems. Useless.
