Billing and Payments
- View and pay your KUB power, water, gas, or wastewater bill with the tap of a button, plus view past bills and payment history
- Save a credit card or bank account and enroll in AutoPay to make paying your utilities bill quick and effortless

Outages
- Easily report an outage, view a map of power outages in your area, and check your outage restoration status

Your Account
- Manage your account from anywhere
- Receive notifications when your monthly bill is ready and confirmation when it’s been paid
- Enroll in Paperless Billing, add account contacts, set threshold notifications, and more
- Set up easy login with fingerprint or facial recognition

Currently just had the power go out and come back on for the second time in 4 hrs! Why is this so common at my address that I can't even set the clock on my appliances! Average power loss ever few weeks! My service is always paid on time so why can't I expect full utilities ALL THE TIME?!?!?

I have to reset my password every time I log back in and Google automatically saves my passwords so I don't have to do this. Not sure why I have to reset this one because somehow my previous password doesn't work anymore. Has happened 7 times!!

The Logout option on the Profile tab does fully log you out and remove any enrollment in biometrics. Instead, just swipe up to close the app and the next time you return, your phone will remember the biometric enrollment. If you ever have questions, feel free to email us directly with your account number at AppSupport@KUB.org.

Simply awful. Have tried several times to get this app to create account. First couple of times, could not get past adding account number. This last time, was going well to last step...then just cycled over and over. I don't understand why organizations issue apps when they don't work. Simple solution, test the stinkin' app before you release it!
