At first it worked OK then the app wouldnt except my banking. It now tells me the credentials are wrong, signing in. It wont take my bank info again so I dont use it to get money, I use it for rewards. I love the place, the people are funny and nice. Prices are resonable. Close to my home. On the way to restaurants, grocery stores. Good locations.

Never been able to use it because I can't get my bank to link. There should be no linking of accounts in the first place. This should be a very simple operation of PURCHASING credits with a debit/credit/gift card, then using them in store. Until the actual basic functionality advertised by the app exists (PURCHASING credits, not linking an account) I can't give it more than one star. And I'd give it none if that were an option

Update 12/29/21: This app is useless. My previous bank account was removed without explanation and is no longer supported through this app. I lost all my earned rewards customer service does not answer any emails. No response at all. I opened a new account which is on the list (AEX savings account). Now, I'm being told that I can't use that account either. So why is it on the list? Don't waste your time with this garbage.
