Ratings and reviews

You will probably spend more money using this than just getting individual tickets. Additionally some of the times listed are incorrect. Also most of the time you still need to go to a separate ticket office anyways to scan to get your ticket. In the winter there were no lines so that part also wasn't worth it.

Pointless app! I wish I hadn't bought the card, you need to make reservations with a number of the more popular ones, but you can't do this on the app or website (despite the musuems selling reservations on their websites). You have to visit the musuem or ring them. Utterly ridiculous, never experienced such idiocy anywhere else in Europe with a city card. Don't both buying it

The app itself is great. You have all the opening times, locations and details about all the museums all in one place. And it's so quick and easy to create the ticket. It is a bit annoying that you can't book for the academia or uffizi on the app/website but that's a complaint with how firenzecard works, not the app.
