Ratings and reviews

app itself is ok. But the fact you cannot buy tickets or the actual Firenze card directly in the app is frustrating. The frustration is compounded because the link to the website to buy your pass takes you to a site that is broken for some Android devices. Essentially, you cannot actually purchase a ticket via the site because the area where you hit plus to add your ticket quantity is not functional. This was tested across multiple browser apps including the Chrome.

Deleted my last review. The app is good if/when works. I would recommend getting the physical card over uskng this technology. Updating the app and then sending instructions via email one day after chaos of trying to visit museums with the app not working is not good enough. Representatives and museum staff caught up with this mess should have a clear "what to do in this situation policy" in advance when the app is not working/upgraded and not the users fault.

The app itself is great. You have all the opening times, locations and details about all the museums all in one place. And it's so quick and easy to create the ticket. It is a bit annoying that you can't book for the academia or uffizi on the app/website but that's a complaint with how firenzecard works, not the app.
