Furthermore, the Firenzecard app is an essential tool to use Firenzecard Restart, which adds 48 hours to an expired card to visit any museums you missed.

Deleted my last review. The app is good if/when works. I would recommend getting the physical card over uskng this technology. Updating the app and then sending instructions via email one day after chaos of trying to visit museums with the app not working is not good enough. Representatives and museum staff caught up with this mess should have a clear "what to do in this situation policy" in advance when the app is not working/upgraded and not the users fault.

Easy to use, all the attractions had the firenze card logo somewhere. The staff always knew what to do with us. 3 days may be too short for Florence

The app itself is great. You have all the opening times, locations and details about all the museums all in one place. And it's so quick and easy to create the ticket. It is a bit annoying that you can't book for the academia or uffizi on the app/website but that's a complaint with how firenzecard works, not the app.
