Well tried more than once to update my password because the app wouldn't recognize the one I had set up. I've done gone thru the forgot password link and changed it multiple times to no avail. Will not recognize the new password. Broken app end of story can't do bill pay when I can log in much less manage to when get into the app. Please fix the app when it works it's very helpful as it stands not worth the stress it causes.

This app would be great if it didn't keep telling me my info was wrong. I had to create an account 4 times because it was saying any email I put in was wrong. When I finally was able to register, and get a pin, it kept saying "oops something is wrong try again". I really thought it would be nice to make an appointment on this app without having to call, but with these troubles it's impossible for me to even get into my account.

The Marshfield app has the potential to be a Great app. But until that happens, it truly is a mess! I created my account when it 1st became available. And I've had nothing but trouble just trying to create a login and Password. I doubt the biometrics will ever work. I can use the pharmacy, which is awesome. So, hopefully, soon, you can get all the bugs worked out. l have friends that still can't log into it. Which is very sad, like I said lots of potential!!
