betterflo is a voice keyboard built for the way India actually talks - Hindi one moment, English the next, both inside the same sentence. It turns your speech into clean, punctuated text on your own phone, and sends nothing anywhere.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• Built for Indian languages, not adapted to them. Hindi, Hinglish, English and more total - eleven in all, each with its own speech model, not one generic engine stretched to cover them.
• It handles code-switching. Say "kal 5 baje meeting hai, please confirm" and that is exactly what you get. No language switch, no half-Hindi half-English mess.
• On-device by default. Recognition and cleanup both ount, no upload, no network call. Dictation works inairplane mode.
• Light-touch cleanup. Most dictation apps quietly rewrite what you said. betterflo adds the punctuation, the capitals and the sentence breaks, and stops. A polish dial lets you ch, or fully polished.
HOW YOU USE IT
• The keyboard - betterflo as your system keyboard, wndic keyboard puts it. This route needs no special permissions.
• The floating mic - a small bubble that sits over any app. Tap, speak, and the text lands in whatever field you were typing in: chat, email, notes, search.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
betterflo uses the Android AccessibilityService API for one purpose only: to type your dictated words into the app you are looking at when you use the floating mic.

What it does. When you tap the floating mic and speak, the service locates the text box you are focused on and inserts your words into it. It reads the contents of that one text box solely so your words are placed at the cursor instead of overwriting what youalready typed, and acts only in response to your tap.

What it does not do. It does not change device or app settings without your permission, does not prevent you from disabling or uninstalling any app or service, does not work around Android's privacy controls, permissions or notifications, and does not changeor overlay any app's interface in a deceptive way. It will not type into password or OTP fields.

What happens to what it sees. Nothing. No screen content is collected, stored, logged or transmitted. The service contains no network code and writes nothing to disk.

Your control. The service is off until you turn it on, and betterflo works as a normal keyboard without it. You can switch it off any time in Settings > Accessibility > betterflo, and uninstalling betterflo removes it.

MADE FOR YOUR CONTROL

• A personal dictionary. Teach it the names, brands and jargon it would otherwise mishear.

• Voice commands. Say "new line", "full stop", "delete that", "select all" and it acts instead of typing the words.

• Snippets. Long addresses and stock replies, dropped in by a short phrase.

• History, kept on your phone. Re-copy anything you dictated. Clear it all in one tap.

ON YOUR PHONE, INCLUDING THE CHEAP ONE

betterflo is built for a 4 GB Android phone first, not a flagship. Models are downloaded only for the languages you pick, so storage stays small. On newer phones you watch the words appear as you speak; on lighter phones the text lands the moment you stop.

PRIVACY
betterflo does not collect or sell your data, and by default transmits nothing. There is no account. Audio is processed on-device and discarded. The cloud boost is off unless you turn it on, and tells you each time.
