Edited: the beta version does fix the crashing issue. I've been using this app for a while and it rarely gives me trouble. It's really easy to make transfers or pay off your credit card without having to call in. The only issue is that you can't make more than six digital savings to checking transfers a month, but that's an issue with the law, not the app. Just something to be aware of before you start moving money around.

The new update is horrible. The layout is buggy and is an aesthetic eyesore. They also seem to have the worst mobile deposit system that I've seen. Camera light, room light, or natural light, it doesn't matter. You will be told that the photo is too dark. The software also has a hard time discerning edges of a check even against a black backdrop. This is with a current generation phone. I hope that at least the latter problems are addressed soon.

CONS:Slow and clunky, the text seems a bit jumbled up which could cause you to click on a wrong account when transferring money. The app feels outdated as well and keeps saying errors occured. Mobile deposits may be hit or miss for you. PROS:Biometrics is available, they do have email/phone verification too. Everything seems to be in this app from the website. For what I need which is to check my accounts a few times a week, this does the job, if that's all you need then honestly it's decent.
