The people are very friendly, but I'm not looking for kindness. I want an app where I can do all my banking and I don't have to go into the financial institution. if you're looking for a good old fashioned Bank where you have relationships with the teller, then this is the bank for you, but if you're looking for modern day technology this is not the institution for you.

I've been dealing with this particular credit union for some years now and I must admit. I truly enjoy doing business with them. The staff is very friendly and affable. Always there to make (ANY) situation better. Considering I've had some financial issues in the past, "AND A FEW ISSUES NOW", the credit union has been there to help me in any way that they can. And I truly appreciate it. "THANKS MEMBERS ALLIANCE!" I recommend this app for anyone. Very easy to navigate as well. Delvary

I love this app! I can find everything I need right from the tip of my finger! And if I do need help I can text the staff right from the app and their quick to get back to me and always so helpful! 10/10!!! Love these people!!! (And the app)
