Ratings and reviews

there seem to be a lot of payers that are paid by a physical check instead of being sent electronically. This causes your payment to take at lease 6 days to arrive. When adding a new payee, it only allows you to add the initial 5 digit zip code instead of the most common 9 digit code. The statements are hard to follow since single line type and all accounts on 1 statement.

They really need to update their check deposit system...new checks already have the mobile deposit only writing on them but yet they still decline your check if you don't also write it on there, then they don't even notify you that they had a problem with it so you wait for the check to deposit but it never does! Very inconvenient and so far is the only bank I have had that issue with, and I have been with them for over 30 years!

The app does everything I need it to with the exception of the calendar view available on the web site. I miss that visual representation of upcoming transaction.
