MemScreen is an application for healthcare professionals to assess memory subjects with cognitive complaints.
This application allows a first line test of verbal episodic memory.
The application must be made by the person in self-test under the supervision of a physician.
A score less than or equal to 9/12 may prove more advanced investigations, according to the clinical context. A normal test does not eliminate incipient pathology of memory.
This test does not replace a medical evaluation of cognitive function.
The test is done anonymously. It is possible for the doctor to consult in the historic results of the previous sessions.
This application was designed and developed by the Cognitive Neurology Center Lariboisière-Fernand Widal Hospital, AP-HP, Paris Denis Diderot University.
