To use the MSEFCU Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a (F.I. NAME) Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

You can't always use the app. The app does not always keep up to date information, so it makes it difficult to plan ahead with money that may or may not be there. From 12 midnight to 8 A.M. you can't check your balances or make transfers. There are some great things you can do when it works, transferring money from checkings to savings, transferring money to another member, organizing the way you can view everything and it also lists all the expenses that have been made with the account.

The app is a joke when it comes to logging ing. I've had the problem 3 times now after sending an inquiry about a payment and clicking on the notification, only for when I try logging in, I keep getting pushed back out over and over. So much so that I have uninstall and reinstall the app just to have it work right. It's so stupid, and it only seemed to happen AFTER its recent "update" and "fixing the bugs".

Easy to navigate. Offers all the features which I use almost on a daily basis; such as transfers within my accounts, schedule credit card payments etc. I feel secure in banking online. And if I have a question or concern I am able to chat online. Overall I just can't say enough about the app and that's saying a lot since my computer skills are very limited
