Those who are currently in services with WellPower and have an email on file with WellPower can quickly register an account in the app with the Self-Registration feature or receive a Registration Code from your WellPower care team.

Managing your WellPower appointments and connecting to Telehealth sessions is easy with the WellPower Telehealth App. View your appointments, medications, see your on-file profile information, join Telehealth appointments and sign documents right in the app.

View your in-person and Telehealth appointment details including; date, time, appointment type, provider, and location. Cancel an upcoming appointment from the app. If your care team supports scheduling, you can also self-schedule new appointments from the app.

Sign and view documents in the app with safe and secure digital signatures.

View your WellPower information and records, including your medications and care team.

Ratings and reviews

Still crashes when opened from a notification; doesn't remember user name or password and requires sign-in; barages me with notifications for appointments I do not have (reflecting a schedule changed months ago); there's no means of controlling how many appointment reminders are made or when they're made other than to turn them off; the app doesn't provide the means of digital communication with MHCD -- the app may help some patients, but I'm removing it.

WellPower is a mistake entirely. Ever since this app started dictating appointments? Tons of glitches, and bugs have occurred, resulting in missed/erased appointments on the system side. The inclusion of WellPower to MHCD's staff have also made the actual facility almost impossible to reach due to call center outsourcing, and sheer laziness from the teleworkers, reulsting in 30+ minute waits just to direct yourself, and wait another 20 to reach the actual desk. WellPower should be dissolved.
