Often need to check balances on one of our prepaid cards when deciding whether to make a purchase while shopping or traveling. Used to be able to check via app on mobile devices, no longer listed in choice options (had found links to debit or gift cards before). Makes app mostly useless when traveling or shopping.

Great when it's not buggy. Finger print recognition quit working then got worse.

I've changed my review after many years of a account they will not back you in anyway I've always had to turn to Wright patt for loans car loans and checks that needed cashed!! Mind you this is my bank soon to be my former bank thanks for nothing myusa when it was heartlandCU they were much better
