Often need to check balances on one of our prepaid cards when deciding whether to make a purchase while shopping or traveling. Used to be able to check via app on mobile devices, no longer listed in choice options (had found links to debit or gift cards before). Makes app mostly useless when traveling or shopping.

Please fix the biometrics. Whatever the most recent update did, it broke something. I'm tired of having to log in with a username and password every time.

Kris, we're so sorry you're having trouble with the login process. We recently made updates to the app to enhance security, and we understand how frustrating it can be to enter your username and password each time. After logging in, you should be able to select your preferred login method, including biometrics. We appreciate your patience!
