Initially it was working fine. Few days back I received a request from milaap coordinator asking my accumulated money for other purpose. But I didn't agree. My son is yet to be cured from pnephrotic syndrome. Since then I am unable to login to my account. I am receiving otps. But app is continuously saying otp is invalid. I updated the app as well. Please let me know if there are other ways to login.

Pros1. Paying money is easy2. Opening account is easy3. The customer care calls you to motivate you to share your campaign Cons1. They will take a little charge(for bank charges only)2. The withdrawal process is not at all easy.3. A selfie video is required for KYC. If you are camera shy, this app is not for you.4. No support except the motivation from the app side. They do not advertise your compaign anywhere.5. Be ready to wait for months. Overall bad experience. Will update if got the money.

The worst. They take forever to accept your bank account for a withdraw. Their live chat rarely works. They don't reply to emails. The agents or whatever that call you end up not answering their calls when you need to call them. Trash customer support. Unreliable. They take days and days to receive any sort of half response from them. I definitly do not recommend this platform for anyone who seriously requires donations. Milaap has been the worst experience when it comes to their service.
