Ratings and reviews

Terrible experience. No alerts or notifications if the app is running in the background. You'll see all your missed notifications when you open the app, but nothing comes up if you don't have the app open and your phone on and unlocked.

Phone never rings, the keypad to open the door is unresponsive (nor does the open door button function), video has never worked, and you cannot buzz the door unless someone has dialled you via the intercom.

Great when it works, which is about half the time at best. App keeps shutting itself down.
