EZcomPRO – Installer tool for EZcom equipment

EZcomPRO is the technician's app for commissioning and servicing EZcom-compatible equipment: alarm panels, level and
flow controllers, water meters and I/O modules. Connect by Bluetooth on site, or by equipment ID through your Xguard or regional relay when you are not next to the device.

CONNECT IN SECONDS
• Scan the QR code on the equipment label, or type its ID.
• Nearby devices are listed automatically over Bluetooth, with signal strength.
• Out of Bluetooth range? Connect through the listener (Xguard or relay) configured in the side menu.

CONFIGURE
• Account, password and reporting servers (primary and secondary) with Ethernet and cellular heartbeat.
• Wi-Fi: scan networks, select and save credentials; remembered passwords per network.
• LAN: DHCP or static IP, mask, gateway and DNS.
• Cellular: APN, user and password.
• Download the current settings, edit and upload them back; save and load default profiles.

EVENTS AND I/O
• Event reporting grid per device family.
• Outputs (PGM): switch on and off live, mode, time and purpose.
• Inputs and tamper: live state and bypass.

MAINTENANCE
• Device information: hardware, firmware, MAC, ID, Wi-Fi, LAN and cellular status (signal, operator, ICCID, IMEI).
• Firmware update from the EZcom firmware server.
• Device clock and event history (PluviFlow).

TABLET MODE
On tablets EZcomPRO opens the complete EZcom II desktop interface.

Requires compatible EZcom equipment. No account is needed: the app talks directly to the device, or through the listener you configure.

What’s new

Tablet mode: new Permissions card in Settings. Shows Bluetooth Scan, Bluetooth Connect and Camera at a glance, collapsed with a status summary. Tap a disabled permission to grant it or open the system settings. The card refreshes when you return to the app. Port fields no longer show a stray 0 when cleared.
