This app is not for accessing your account. You must download the Rave Financial app for that. This is for video chatting with a person as if you walked into the credit union. Use it to do anything you can do in the credit union from the comfort of wherever you are right now. Amazing technology and it works great!

I work during business hours and an hour lunch does not always suffice. This was an amazing idea. Signing up/in is very simple. The app is easy to read and navigate. Video and audio was great. Amazing idea!

Really love the convenience of using this app to apply for loans. Used a few times and was easy to use and has loan done and money in the bank all the while sitting on the porcelain throne at work.
