My Healthcare Connection helps individuals and families stay informed, educated and take a more active role in their health.

Through the My Healthcare Connection app, you have real-time and easy access to Mountain View Hospital and affiliate offices and Idaho Falls Community Hospital online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.

You must first be granted access by Mountain View Hospital to use their online portal. Once you have an account, simply sign into the My Healthcare Connection app the username and password provided by Mountain View Hospital. If you have access to portals from multiple health care organizations, you can view all participating portals through the app.

You can connect with your care team by:
• Securely messaging your provider
• Requesting and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the Play Store cannot be addressed.

Ratings and reviews

Poorly constructed app. At times takes multiple attempts to log in. No communication alerts are ever received, despite selecting yes to get them. Getting/linking to your actual medical records is hit and miss at best. I feel they select and choose what they want to share. Would give zero stars if able. Sketchy. Recently hacked.

One of the worst apps I've ever tried to use. Unfortunately it's the only way to attempt communication between the doctor and myself. I do like the way it is set up when I can manage to open the app, but that is only 1/10 times. And even when I get it opened it frequently freezes and the process has to be started all over again

This app is terrible. And the (lack of) support is even worse! The one and only thing I wanted to use this app for is to view and pay my bill. I tap on the 'Bill Pay' button and it does NOTHING. So, to avoid leaving a 1-star review, I emailed the 'Developer's Contact' and it bounced back. I do not like leaving 1-star reviews, EVER, but I am out of options. The app does not work and the developer's have left me with no way to contact them to help with this issue. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL!!
