With MyMountSinai, you can:

• Access virtual care including virtual urgent care, virtual primary care, and message only care
• Check in for appointments
• Start a video visit
• Check your symptoms and find care based on your symptoms
• Find in person urgent care
• View your medical records and lab and test results
• Send a message to your provider
• View next steps after a visit
• Find your way around select hospitals
• Receive e-mail and/or text messages alerts when you have new messages or results in your account
• Pay a bill using Google Pay
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
 
MyMountSinai is your gateway to Mount Sinai providers and services, as well as all of your medical records. You may already be familiar with MyChart; MyMountSinai builds on those tools and services with new features and capabilities. The app enables you to take care of your health care needs on the go and communicate easily with your medical team.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty interesting app. I like that my records are available to me anytime, anywhere! When I had to remember dates of vaccinations, I always had a problem...not any longer because all that information is at my fingertips. Very convenient and satisfying. Changes in medications are simplified, reordering medicine is a breeze, etc. I really can't find a problem with this app.

Experience is awful. Forget a password and have to get CLEAR to take a picture to recover it. That's just wrong. I now refuse to use the system.

Required to get real time medical information in the ER and paperless billing. Intrusive and presumes that you want all your medical information, unrelated to Mt. Sinai, centralized and makes recommendations unrelated to what you were seen for. There sure be more opt out features. They are really overreaching. Update: I do not have any "challenges" with the app. The default settings are overly intrusive and presumptive.
