The app does not connect to the server at all anymore. Instead of the login screen, it says "Login is currently unavailable, please try again." I've been trying for weeks and nothing has changed. When trying the "contact us" option, it says it can't connect to the server. Otherwise, it's very convenient. My only gripe is that the UX isn't great - too many clicks to just see my entire transaction history.

They update weekend mornings until noon, so if you are someone who does their finances on the weekend (like most people with a full time job) you can expect to be inconvenienced routinely. The app also just stopped working randomly, and the lock out timer is pretty short. I end up logging in 5 or 6 times when I am flipping between my apps. And there is no biometric screening like my other apps. Overall, it's inconvenient, which seems counterproductive to the whole mobile app thing.

This app is so much easier than the website! Scheduling credit card payments is super easy, announcing travel is super easy, and it's just easy overall to check in and make sure all your payments go through. If there was ever an issue I could shut down the credit card right on the app which is so important. And also there are little local offers and specials listed on the app! We love a good deal!
