The integration of the Time Tracking module allows you to record your hours worked in real time anytime, anywhere, and optionally assign them directly to a client, project, or activity. Recording is as simple as it is ingenious: One click on Start to begin, one click on Stop to stop the time recording. To avoid wasting valuable time assigning time to clients, projects, or activities, you can customize practical time buttons in advance.
With the MULTICAL app, you can intuitively view, create, and edit your appointments, vacations, and absences, even on the go. Appointments can be displayed in several ways, giving you a complete overview of your schedule.
The app supports booking employees and resources. Appointments and teams can be coordinated easily and efficiently. If a desired resource is already booked, you'll be immediately notified when creating the appointment.
The MULTICAL app also supports the vacation management module. You can always keep track of your vacation, sick days, absences, or overtime.
