Hello Team I T ....since your new set up ,it is not user friendly. Constantly doesn't open ,Error messages keep popping up ,system shuts down. Saying this Seniors I try to help are frustrated , trying to review test results as I am too . It keeps thinking thinking then another Error code message. I really wish All Doctors at whichever Hospital could be submitted for easier reviews on test results and trends on past results . Thank you Team for trying to Keep us Safe, Informed on our Health .

I used to think this was the best app I can have considering my health. Having access to my health info is just invaluable. But this app just sucks anymore. Takes forever to load anything. And it usually times out with an error a couple times before I can see anything. Broken for months now!

It has an error everytime I want to renew a script, which lead me to dangerously going without for days. You need a good software engineer. I know one if your interested. Everyone talks about the same thing as me.
