The application allows multiple users to monitor a single user once a day, via an association system with personal validation, via email.
The monitored users are defined as "loved ones", the users who are monitored are called "emergency contacts".
NB: When registering, you need to decide whether you want to take on the role of "loved one" or the role of "emergency contact":
The user cannot assume both roles ("loved one" and "emergency contact") within the app, except by using two different phone numbers.
Both users ("loved one" and "emergency contact") must register before starting to use the app.
The system works like this:
- Every day the "loved one" receives a notification at 11.00, to which he must respond by pressing a confirmation button;
- If the "loved one" does not answer, a second notification is scheduled at 12.00 with the same previous procedures;
- If the "loved one" still does not answer, a third notification is scheduled at 12.30 in the same manner as above;
- If this notification also does not produce any response by 13.00, the system sends a notification to the "emergency contacts".
The application also provides for a manual SOS sending system by the "loved one", in case they need immediate contact, using the appropriate button: the system sends an immediate notification to the "emergency contacts".
This stops all further notifications scheduled for that day.
