Needs MEDIA (Needs Media Communication Center), a non-profit media outlet, is an application for listening to and watching its radio and television channels.
This application allows users to listen to programs from three radio stations: Needs RADIO Global Chinese Radio Network, Stars RADIO, and Brilliant RADIO, and watch Needs TV.
In 2009, a group of media professionals dedicated to social development formed a highly mission-oriented public welfare cultural communication team. Adhering to the core principle of "discovering needs and connecting supply," they are committed to using the power of media to promote social transformation. From its inception, they established the fundamental principle of communicators: to stand at the height of understanding social needs and provide practical solutions to the problems they encounter.

The Needs Media Communication Center, affiliated with the "Chinese American Media Communication Association," is a rare Taiwanese non-governmental, non-official, non-profit (no advertising, no product placement) purely public welfare media organization. Its mission is "to discover needs and connect supply," observing social needs through media and providing practical media action plans.
Since 2010, Needs Radio has been broadcasting various themed radio programs year-round, delivering high-quality content to Chinese communities worldwide via the internet (https://www.needsradio.org.tw/). Since 2013, Stars RADIO has focused on the needs of specific groups (people with disabilities, people in special circumstances). Since 2019, Brilliant RADIO has provided more precise services through a 24-hour global broadcasting network, catering to the needs of an aging society.
Needs Media Center is a media outlet committed to social responsibility. Needs Media focuses on social responsibility, conducting media advocacy to ensure that needs are heard. Adhering to the belief that "it is more blessed to give than to receive," it upholds the principles of non-profit and non-commercialization, avoiding external commercial influence and focusing on promoting altruistic values.
