About this app

An application for listening and watching the radio channels and TV channels of the non-profit media needs MEDIA (needs Media Communication Center).
This application can listen to the programs of three radio stations: needs RADIO global Chinese radio network, Stars RADIO star trace love radio network, and B&B radio network. In the future, you can watch needs TV programs (needs TV is under preparation).

needs MEDIA In 2009, a group of media people who cared about social development formed a highly task-oriented public welfare cultural communication team. They adhere to the core purpose of "discovering demand and linking supply" and are committed to using the power of media to promote social reconstruction. At the beginning of its establishment, they established the principle of being a communicator: from the perspective of understanding social needs, providing practical solutions to the problems they see.
The team name "needs" carries the following concepts and practical goals: • N (News) • E (Education) Education • E (Entertainment) • D (Daily) Day and Night • S (Service) needs The Media Communication Center is affiliated with the "China-American Media Communication Association" and is a rare Taiwanese non-governmental (NGO), unofficial, non-profit (no advertising, no placement marketing) pure public welfare media organization. The center's mission is to "explore demand and connect supply", observe social needs through the media, and provide practical media action plans.
Since 2010, needs RADIO has been broadcasting radio programs on various themes throughout the year, delivering high-quality content to Chinese people around the world through the Internet (https://www.needsradio.org.tw/). Since 2013, Stars RADIO has focused on the needs of specific groups (people with disabilities and people with special circumstances). Since 2019, B&B (Bangbang Radio Network) has provided more precise services with a 24-hour global radio network to meet the needs of the elderly society.
needs Media Communication Center, a media responsible for social care. needs media takes social care as its core and conducts media initiatives to make needs visible. Adhering to the belief that "giving is more blessed than receiving", we adhere to the non-profit and non-reciprocal principles, avoid external commercial influence, and focus on promoting altruistic values.
