Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the NEPA Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a NEPA digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

It was fine before. Now every damn time I try to open the app it says there's a newer version available (which I ALREADY downloaded) and it brings me to the app store to open it through there! Not horrible but definitely inconvenient and very annoying. The new set up in the app is also not ANY better than before. If it's not broke don't fix it is literally my opinion on this new set up. I did not want a new version but had no choice but to download it if I wanted to access my account 😡 0 stars

New member currently attempting to setup mobile banking. I get to the part where I pick my user name/password and the app just malfunctions. It keeps saying the names I have chosen -a dozen unique ones at this point- are either currently in use (doubtful) or says "Ooops something went wrong on our end". Very frustrating. We had high hopes for the credit union based on our initial account setup (would have been 5 stars) but now I'm regretting making the switch. No customer service is available.

It appears NEPAFCU has lack of good security software as twice now someone has managed to hack into my account and make changes to my payments and transfers. It looks like I will have to find another credit union who uses better security measures. Highly disappointed now.
