I purchased a 1-month subscription on June 30, 2026. As of today (July 1, 2026), the app is already asking me to purchase the course again, even though my subscription should still be active. This has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the support team resolves this issue quickly and improves the subscription verification process so that other users don't face the same problem.

I'm a paid subscriber, and I'm unable to download the videos. Doesn't matter if I download an entire chapter or multiple videos individually, either only one video is available in the downloads for a chapter or none.

Previous UI was more user-friendly.
