NexSpark Tables takes the worst job in hosting, deciding who sits where, and does it from what your guests actually say.
Share one link or QR code. Each guest answers a short compatibility quiz on their own phone, and Tables assigns them a table with people they are likely to get on with. No accounts, no spreadsheet, and guests do not need to install anything.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Create an event in about thirty seconds.
2. Share the link or show the QR. Guests answer the quiz on their own phone.
3. Watch the room fill in. Drag anyone anywhere, or seat everyone at once.
4. At the door, scan each guest's pass to check them in.
FOR THE HOST
• Live dashboard: who has joined, who is seated, who is unassigned
• Drag and drop any guest to any table, or auto-seat the whole room
• Optimise with the fewest moves, and pin anyone you placed by hand
• Table, list, column and floor-plan views
• Type your guest list in and email each person a personal invite
• Lock the seating when you are happy, or end the event when it is over

Scan a door pass with the camera, type the six-character code, or search the guest's name. Scanning twice is harmless: it just says they are already here.
