Very poor software quality. I am a causal user, yet I found several bugs. For example, if I mistype my password, I get a message saying, "we are having technical difficulties. Please try again in a few minutes. " The app has an option to write a review. When you cluck on it, the app displays a message to write the review in the Play Store, and then the app locks up.

The update is awful: completely removed all members of my care team, won't let you add them yourself-says you have to contact your doctor to have them added & even when they give you the option to add a previous member, the app doesn't reflect the selection. Do they realize how long it takes, not only to go thru your records, find all your doctors/their contact info, but to actually reach a person at the other end? I was on the phone for nearly a half hour & still didn't reach a person.

Undoubtedly the worst app I have ever encountered. 👍 good job. the most frustrating. the lack of guidance creating a password. is unparalleled. extremely good security should not interfere with functionality. Again good job. So. No bypass. Why must we accept two step verification in order to view test results that are available?
