This app is awful. I have constant issues using it. Very inconsistent. I can only message doctors half the time, the other half it says I have no contacts and all my old messages dissapear. It only sometimes lets me switch between mine and my child's account properly. Sometimes I can't log in. This has been going on for weeks. I can't even report the bugs, when I try an error messages shows up everytime. Such an inconvenience and a complete joke.

This app has been malfunctioning for days now: when you enter your password it says "a required field has been left blank" and does nothing. It has had consistent bugs previous to this one for over a year: freezing, content not loading, errors during data entry. Considering this is the patient portal for a very large for-profit health system, you would think they could afford to fix it in a timely manner. The website isn't much better, but at least you can log in to it.

Broken. App can't see password whether entered manually or from password manager. Keeps reporting required field is blank. Can't log in at all. Bug reporting won't submit reports. I don't need podcasts and wellness tips in the app, I need an app that works reliably to connect me to my appointments, care providers, test results, and billing. Right now it does none of that, as it is completely unusable.
