Unstable & problematic. If it works this poorly, I have to wonder how safe & secure it is. No assurances my info is safe or that I can get it when necessary, not just when the app feels like working. Constant password & login issues & having to reset it despite knowing my password. App crashes often, has 404 errors & the "Support" link does nothing. Providers urge & even push patients to use it so it needs to be reliable, helpful & secure. What bug fixes did the 09/23 update even cover?

Unable to get into the app, I have had so many passwords, and I am unable to get in it. It will not accept what I put in for passwords it keeps coming back saying the user name and password I got in once, then after that it's a no go I called the help desk and it kept doing the same thing so I gave up and Uninstalled it.

do not turn on the biometrics, otherwise it Will not open a second time after it's been installed. I needed to uninstall it and reinstall it to open it. Turns out the fingerprint scanner just doesn't work. If I don't turn on the biometrics, I can sign on with the password. It would be nice if the biometrics worked.
