If you have lost a document or an item, submit a search request by providing:

- Type of lost document or item
- Names (if it’s an official document)
- Place and circumstances of the loss
- Your phone number
- Search fee payment (250 XAF)

📌 Your request is sent to our Redop Data Center, which conducts an in-depth search. You will be quickly notified:

- ✅ If the document or item is found: we will inform you where and how to retrieve it, along with the recovery fee.
