ZabastKom is an app that aggregates strikes and labor conflicts in Russia, created as part of the ZabastKom project of the same name.
The project's goal is to provide the widest possible audience with the most comprehensive and timely information about the real situation of workers in Russia. ZabastKom aims to break the information blockade of official media.
The app allows you to follow current news on the labor movement, send information about events, and find like-minded people. It also features a strike map where you can track other events (strikes, hunger strikes, rallies, clashes, layoffs, wage arrears, labor disputes, and lawsuits) in your region and across the country. ZabastKom will be useful for active citizens and public figures to quickly respond to events. ZabastKom will showcase examples of successful and unsuccessful labor conflicts, facilitate the adoption of best practices in conflict resolution and the rapid exchange of experiences, foster the unification of conscientious workers, provide material for propaganda, and inspire the fight for the rights and interests of the working class.
The project was created, supported, and developed by a group of volunteers.
