Update... 3 years later.. Still the worst app in the history of apps. 1st you can't enter your log in info without hitting the sign in button as if you entered the info already. Also keep getting error messages saying unable to process your request even though I haven't requested anything yet. Can't see pertinent information either. Trying to log in after receiving the text code. Enter the code, get a message stating the code has expired. not even 30 seconds after the code...

Garbage. Getting session timed out error while I'm still attempting to log in. If I am able to log in, getting an error that my information could not be processed. Figures an app run by the city wouldn't work.

Will take you through the entire loan app, then when you hit next on the Docusign, it just goes blank. Doesn't save anything. Just a mess
