I Love the device, but the new version update process is a disaster. It won't connect no matter what I do, and Now I CAN'T even use the old app, I'd have to use it in a damn browser. What did you guys do?! Why is it not connecting no matter what color it's on? I got it on the first part, but then the part where it is updated it keeps failing. Come on guys. Green, Purple, Blue, flashing, none work, and I have to abort every time. 😩

After the new update this app can't even find devices anymore. Not even the Handy verse website could find a single device. You can't change the device key because that's not an option anymore at least for me because I can't even connect to my device to change the key and even if I did connect it changing the device key I can guarantee it won't work or connect using the website and the app here.

way to destroy a perfectly working system, the hand you went from being my favorite device to being tossed in the closet and forgotten about, way to completely destroy something that worked, I don't know what you guys were thinking but this is trash, doesn't work ever 5 minutes maybe and then when you know it disconnects again can't update can't do nothing, manual mode only, and to be honest the only reason the handy is anything to anyone is because of the synching and that's gone.
