Ratings and reviews

they force you to update your password, but it won't let you on the app. so then you have to make a phone call and waste someone else's time as well as your own. what a terrible app. No notification you are overdrafting. I've lost $60 from all the $3 fees they charge to transfer money from savings to checking. It used to be just $1.

It's very difficult to deposit checks because it insists that I haven't written "For mobile deposit only". When it does this it goes back to the beginning, making me re-take the pictures and I add more "onlys" to the endorsement area until it works. It's not my handwriting, or other bank apps would do it too.

This credit union has been unbelievably helpful, they are very friendly, and made taking out a large amount of cash easy. The app is very user friendly and easy to use. My only complaint is they no longer allow for venmo witch sucks because venmo is the only app you can transfer money for free witch made things easy for me and my wife. Hopefully they allow them back soon.
