Another bug needs to get fixed. When I log into the the or website I get a message stating my credentials are invalid and locks me out of my account. The solution I had been given from the 800# when I called, go to the nearest branch to have the issue fixed. I left Wells Fargo after 20 years because poor customer service across all aspects of their business practice. I have no problem leaving One Nevada less than 2 years after signing up due to poor customer service.
It doesn't work. At all. I've tried over 5 different times. I only get an error Retry screen. The bugs need to be fixed, unacceptable!!
Quick access disenrollment bug is back, really bad, multiple times a day. Also they need to allow the app to work in Airplane mode if Wi-Fi is on.
I just joined as I was getting tired of the hastel of my prepaid card. The app, unlike my last cards app, actually Works! And it's so easy to use. I love it.
Can't log in most of the time eve after uninstalling and reinstalling. Says I'm not authorized. But I can log in on a computer....very frustrating.
After the recent update I also am being told I do not have the proper credentials. Been a member for several years and now can not even get on line. Is there any chance for this app being repaired? ???
