A banking app is supposed to tell you what your bank balance is at the very bare minimum. This app will tell me a different balance every time i log in. I have a personal acct but I just transfer my entire paycheck to my joint I share with my husband. Somehow I log in and that account is -$350 with every transaction over the last year being deposits and transfers to my joint account. Log out, sign back in the balance is correct just to log in later and its -$89 and some odd cents. Suspicious.

I use to really like it, but they had this big update that took ages. Since then, I can't trust what it says I have in my account, and things tend to show up all at once in a cluster after days. I've had to call to deal with overdraft fees because of it. On top of that their credit payment for their card went off app, then back on to loans, just making it confusing and getting rude about it when I called. Their statements also have been a issue and feels.like they just missed a step. It's a mess

Contrary to the app description, it is not intuitive. There was no smooth transition in the way the old app functioned to this version. Searching through the different menus to find anything (i.e. Bill Pay) is cumbersome. Finding branch and ATM locations is also now made inconvenient by requiring users to log in. The surcharge-free ATMs search function is now a link to a website, instead of being part of the app itself. Not a good upgrade.
