the app has some sort of bug where it regularly stops playing for reasons that are unclear. there seem to be two separate "play" buttons one at the top of the screen and one at the bottom. sometimes even when the top play button shows that it is playing the bottom button appears to be triggered and must be pressed separately in order to get the steam to play. I hope you can get this bug fixed, it's very annoying! otherwise, decent app.

This app interrupts the broadcast news content at random intervals with advertisements which randomly play over top of the news broadcast causing listeners to miss out on important news and information. The exact same broadcast is available to stream ad free via the NPR website. Sorry not sorry OPB.

This app lets me read articles or listen to programs, archived or live. One can chose special interest sections, create "My OPB" and more. Best of all, it's easy to use. I'm almost 80 years old; if it's not intuitive it's not for me. This app, I could figure out without my grandson"s help.
