About this app

SISAF helps authorised health workers register patients and document care through a mobile workflow connected to a configured SISAF OpenMRS server.

Use SISAF to:

- Register patients with demographic, contact, identification and emergency-contact information.
- Select configured address-hierarchy values for consistent location data.
- Find synced patients and review active visits.
- Record structured clinical encounters, including antenatal care, vital signs, laboratory analyses, postnatal care, delivery and labour, child wellness, mortality and outpatient consultations.
- Work with English or French interface labels selected in the app.
- Keep form entry organised with clear sections and paginated long forms.
- Synchronise supported records with your organisation’s SISAF server when connectivity is available.

SISAF is intended for authorised personnel in participating health facilities. A valid account and access to a configured SISAF/OpenMRS deployment are required. The app is not a consumer diagnostic service and is not intended for emergency communication.
